검사 방법

1. SKILL.md에서 파일 참조 검색

   • 마크다운 링크: [text](path/to/file.md)
   • 코드 블록 참조: `scripts/example.sh`
   • 테이블 참조: | 파일 | path/to/file |

2. 참조된 파일의 실제 존재 여부 확인

3. 존재하지 않는 파일 목록 생성
